Nutrition Department Research Discussion As part of the scientific activities of the students of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences - University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden, a public discussion of the graduation research of female undergraduate students, Department of Therapeutic Nutrition and Diets, entitled (Evaluation of the effect of pomegranate peel on the stomach bacteria in some cases of patients from the city of Aden) was held on Saturday morning, June 5, 2021 AD, at the University of Science and Technology. The discussion and evaluation committee for this research was formed from: 1- Dr. Nabil Al-Wasabi (Supervisor). 2- Dr. Taha Abdo Ali (Internal Examiner) 3- Dr. Mohammed Al-Baghdadi (Internal Examiner). The event was attended by Dr. Munir Al-Abbadi, Assistant President for Student Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Al-Nasi, Head of the Pharmacy Department, Dr. Mohammed Suhail, Supervisor of the Bachelor of Pharmacy Program, and a group of faculty members, students, and parents. The audience listened to the students' presentation of the results, followed by a discussion with the discussion committee. The committee expressed its admiration for the submitted research and commended the efforts made from the beginning of the plan until the writing of the research and discussion. In his speech, Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, Assistant to the University President, noted that the university's approach is to encourage research that addresses the problems facing society, meets its needs, and provides scientific solutions to these problems. He also praised the students' efforts and the distinguished presentation of the research, which reflects the outstanding level of student research.
