The university's assistant president for branch affairs visits the Marib branch and chairs coordination meetings in preparation for the new academic year. On Saturday, August 2, 2025, Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, Assistant President of the University of Science and Technology for Branches and Community Development Centers, visited the university branch in Marib Governorate to review the progress of work in the colleges and departments, and to follow up on the preparations underway for the new academic year 2025-2026. The visit included several important meetings, most notably with the admissions and coordination committees, where procedures and implementation plans for receiving new students were discussed. Dr. Al-Abadi also held a meeting with the heads of academic departments in all colleges, during which they discussed academic and administrative needs, as well as proposed plans for developing study programs and improving the quality of the educational process. Dr. Al-Abadi praised the efforts made by the administration and staff of the university branch in Marib, stressing the university presidency’s keenness to support and assist all development initiatives and plans, which will contribute to raising the efficiency of performance and expanding the branch’s activity during the next stage.
