In a unique step keeping pace with digital transformation: The Medicine and Surgery program successfully completes a pilot launch of its first electronic exam. In a qualitative achievement added to the record of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden, the first electronic exam in the college was successfully carried out on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, for the Medicine and Surgery program, amid widespread praise for the organization and the technical and logistical level of the examination process. The exam was conducted in a smooth academic atmosphere, using the latest electronic systems, reflecting the college’s commitment to keeping pace with modern developments in medical education and student assessment. The administration of the exam was attended by a number of university leaders, namely: the Academic Assistant to the President of the University, Dr. Fatima Qahtan, the Assistant to the President of the University for Student Affairs, Dr. Muammar Al-Qutaibi, the Dean of the Department of Quality and Institutional Development, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Rumaima, and the Dean of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dr. Fahmi Al-Aghbari. The students expressed their admiration for the level of preparedness and organization of this exam, praising the efforts made by the academic and technical committees that worked on its preparation and implementation.
