The leadership training forum and the training course for company leaders on strategic thinking skills have concluded.

The Leadership Training Forum, organized by the University of Science and Technology – Main Center Aden, concluded today, Thursday, August 28, 2025. The forum was organized by the university, represented by the College of Administrative and Human Sciences, the Marketing and Public Relations Department, and the Consulting and Development Center, during the period from Saturday, August 23 to Thursday, August 28, 2025, under the generous patronage of a number of ministers, Al-Qutaibi Islamic Bank for Microfinance, Al-Etesam Group for Trade and Import, and Abu Sufyan Trading Company. The final day of the forum witnessed the conclusion of the training course: “Strategic Thinking Skills” for company leaders, which was presented by trainer Fawaz Abubakr Al-Fakhri, during the two days of Wednesday and Thursday, August 27 and 28, 2025, under the generous patronage of His Excellency Professor Muhammad Muhammad Hazam Al-Ashwal, Minister of Industry and Trade, and with wide participation from company leaders and managers. The course concluded with honoring the participants. The Leadership Training Forum opened its work on Saturday, August 23, 2025, with a training course in strategic thinking skills dedicated to the leaders of civil society organizations, and continued over the two days of Saturday and Sunday, August 23 and 24, 2025. This was followed on Monday and Tuesday, August 25 and 26, 2025, by another training course in strategic thinking skills for high school principals, to conclude the forum’s activities with a training course in strategic thinking aimed at company leaders. All these training courses were presented by trainer Fawaz Abu Bakr Al-Fakhri, a practicing trainer, specialist and certified by the De Bono Center for Thinking Education - Jordan in thinking, creativity and innovation programs (CORT, SCAMPER, TRIZ, the Twenty Keys to Thinking, and others). It is worth mentioning that organizing this leadership training forum came within the efforts of the University of Science and Technology - Aden aimed at refining the leadership skills of the leaders of various institutions in society, and enabling them to acquire the tools of strategic thinking, in a way that contributes to enhancing their efficiency and achieving comprehensive development. #University_of_Science_and_Technology
