In a thrilling football final: The Architecture Engineering team – Level 4 – won the 2024-2025 University Football League Championship Cup at the University of Science and Technology – Aden, defeating the Medical Laboratories team – Level 4 Amidst a large public gathering, led by the Assistant President of the University for Student Affairs, Community Centers and Branches, Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, and the Student Affairs Department, the 2024-2025 University Year Football League Championship, organized by the Student Affairs Department at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden, concluded on Sunday, April 27, 2025, with the participation of (34) student teams representing various scientific departments and levels in the university. In a wonderfully enthusiastic atmosphere, the referee's whistle blew, announcing the start of the final match between the Architecture Engineering team - Level 4 and the Medical Laboratories team - Level 4. The first half of the match witnessed a competitive spirit between the two teams, reflecting their overwhelming desire to win. The two teams took turns possessing the ball, and each team scored one goal, ending the first half in a positive draw (1-1). In the second half, the Medical Laboratories 4 team appeared better, and the level of harmony between its players increased, enabling the team to add the second goal, after which the excitement intensified and attacks were exchanged between the two teams. With a counter-attack just before the final whistle, the Architecture 4 team managed to score the equalizer, so the end of the second half was announced, and the two teams resorted to penalty kicks, which decided the victory in favor of the Architecture 4 team with a score of (5-4). After the match ended, the best player in the tournament, Musab Saeed from the Medical Laboratories 4 team, was honored, as was the best goalkeeper in the tournament, Mazen Abdullah from the Architecture 4 team. The Medical Laboratories 4 team, which came in second place, was also honored with silver medals, and the Architecture 4 team, which came in first place, was honored with the tournament cup. #University_of_Science_and_Technology
