A delegation from the university visits Al-Muhammadiyah University

In a move that strengthens academic and scientific cooperation between the two countries, a delegation from the University of Science and Technology Main Center Aden visited Muhammadiyah University in Jakarta. The delegation was headed by Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, Assistant President of the University, Dr. Alawi Saqqaf Al-Aidaroos, Director of the University's branch in Hadhramaut, and Mr. Saeed Bahafi, who is responsible for financial and administrative affairs. During the visit, a fruitful meeting was held with Mr. Andang Zakaria, the International Relations Officer at Muhammadiyah University, and Dr. Irfan, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, where ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two universities and expand the prospects for joint cooperation in various academic and research fields were discussed. The visiting delegation toured the Faculty of Education at Muhammadiyah University to learn about the academic programs offered by the faculty and the educational facilities available there. For its part, the visiting delegation gave a detailed presentation about the University of Science and Technology, main campus Aden, the various academic programs it offers, and the educational services it provides to the community. At the end of the visit, commemorative shields were exchanged between the two universities, expressing the depth of the relationship between them and the keenness of both parties to enhance joint cooperation. This collaboration comes within the framework of the two universities’ endeavor to exchange experiences and knowledge, and to encourage joint scientific research. This agreement is expected to contribute to the development of academic and cultural relations between the two countries, and to enhance the standing of the two universities at the regional and international levels.
