The 13th International Conference on Modern Trends in Humanities, Social Sciences, Linguistics and Literature - Darul Najah Islamic University - Jakarta - Indonesia _____ Today, Tuesday, May 30, 2023, students of the fourth-level Arabic Business Administration Program participated with a scientific research entitled (The Impact of the Internal Work Environment on Job Performance - A Field Study at Al-Saeed Ceramics Corporation) in the 13th International Conference on Modern Trends in Humanities, Social, Linguistic and Literary Sciences, which was organized by Dar Al-Najah Islamic University - Jakarta - Indonesia, in cooperation with the Arid Scientific Platform, noting that the research is among the research nominated for publication in the Arid International Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences.
