University of Science and Technology – Hadramout launches graduation project discussions for the academic year 2024-2025

Under the generous patronage of the University of Science and Technology - Hadramout Branch, the Scientific Research Committee, in coordination with the scientific departments, launched the graduation project discussion activities for students of the academic year 2024-2025, in the university’s main hall, amidst a wide academic presence.
At the beginning of the event, Dr. Murad Bahadi, Deputy Director of the University branch in Hadhramaut, delivered a guiding speech in which he expressed his pride in the students and what they had accomplished in terms of promising scientific research, wishing them continued success in their practical and professional careers, and praising the distinguished efforts made by the academic staff in supervision and guidance, which contributed to raising the level of quality of research projects and achieving valuable scientific outputs.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Sabri, Head of the Scientific Research Committee and Head of the Department of Medicine and Health Sciences, expressed his pride in the level of research presented, praising the efforts of the scientific departments in preparation and organization, and stressing the committee’s keenness to provide the appropriate environment that enhances the quality of discussions, by providing material and moral support to students, in line with the university’s aspirations to consolidate the culture of scientific research and develop its outputs.
Dr. Bahadi attended a number of discussion sessions, where he listened to the students’ presentations and the interventions of the judging committees, expressing his admiration for the level of scientific presentation and the methodological commitment in presenting the results and recommendations.
The event witnessed a distinguished attendance from heads of scientific departments and faculty members, along with a select group of academics, who expressed their satisfaction with the progress of the discussions and the enriching scientific interaction that took place, reflecting the development of the academic level at the university.
This event comes as part of the university's interest in graduating qualified research personnel who contribute to serving the community and meeting the needs of the labor market, thus enhancing its scientific and developmental mission in Hadhramaut and Yemen in general.
