The University Requirements Department concludes a training course for online exam supervisors to determine English language proficiency. As part of ongoing preparations to ensure the efficient conduct of the educational process, the University Requirements Department conducted a specialized training course for supervisors of the electronic English language proficiency exam sessions on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in preparation for the exam scheduled to be held next Saturday. The course aimed to provide supervisors with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage electronic testing sessions smoothly and effectively, and to deal with any technical or procedural challenges that may arise during the exam. The training topics included: operating protocols, hall management, technical support, and ensuring academic integrity. 1750 first-level students at the university are scheduled to take the test next Saturday. This test is mandatory to determine the appropriate academic level for each student in the English language course. To ensure the accommodation of this large number of students, the administration developed a sound logistical plan, which includes distributing them among the computer labs inside the university campus, and conducting the test in successive periods extending from morning until afternoon, in order to ensure the smooth running of the test throughout the day. This training course and its accompanying equipment are expected to contribute to the success of the electronic testing process, paving the way for students to register at the appropriate levels and begin their academic studies effectively. #University_of_Science_and_Technology
