Researcher Hael Saeed Ali Asif obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology for his thesis entitled: “The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Organizational Performance (A Field Study in Non-Profit Civil Organizations Operating in Aden Governorate).” The thesis discussion committee consisted of: Associate Professor Dr. Abdullah Bawazir Supervisor. Assistant Professor Dr. Bashir Al Hammadi as an internal examiner. A. Associate. Dr. Abeer Jamil Thabet, External Examiner. The discussion was attended by a number of academics, researchers, colleagues and relatives of the researcher.
