Field training begins for fourth-level students – Medical Laboratories Program

As part of the training plan of the Department of Health Sciences - Medical Laboratories Program at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden, fourth-level medical laboratory students continue their practical field training, which extends throughout the second semester, with the aim of developing students’ applied skills in real work environments. The training program includes several hospitals and health centers, in addition to the central laboratory, and the blood transfusion and research center, where students receive intensive training under the supervision of specialists in the field. This training aims to provide students with practical experience in conducting various laboratory tests and handling advanced equipment, in addition to developing their skills in laboratory diagnosis and handling samples, according to the highest standards of quality and safety. This training comes within the academic department’s strategy to ensure that students are prepared for the labor market, and to promote integration between theoretical and applied aspects, which contributes to raising their level of professional competence and making the most of practical experiences.
