Within its framework of embracing an ambitious and long-term strategic plan, the University of Science and Technology applied the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. Sub-goals are achieved through project implementation, follow-up mechanisms, and corrective action plans based on BSC instruments.
The university has set strategic goals, measurable targets, and implements continual evaluation. Today, USTY offers 45+ undergraduate and postgraduate programs, operates 7 consultation centers, and publishes in 5 academic journals.
