Under the patronage of the Minister of Industry and Trade: A training course for company leaders in strategic thinking skills is launched as part of the Leadership Training Forum activities.

Under the generous patronage of His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Mohammed Hazam Al-Ashwal, Minister of Industry and Trade, the “Strategic Thinking Skills” training course for company leaders, presented by trainer Fawaz Abubakr Al-Fakhri, was launched this morning, Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the University of Science and Technology – Main Center, Aden. The course will run for two days, Wednesday and Thursday, August 27 and 28, 2025, as part of the Leadership Training Forum organized by the university, represented by the College of Administrative and Human Sciences, the Marketing and Public Relations Department, and the Consulting and Development Center.
The opening session was attended by the Acting President of the University, Professor Abdul Ghani Hamid Ahmed, the Assistant President of the University for Branches and Community Development Centers, Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, the Dean of the College of Administrative and Human Sciences, Dr. Bashir Mohammed Al-Hammadi, and the Director of the Marketing and Public Relations Department.
The session – in which a large number of leaders and managers of commercial companies are participating – was opened with a speech by the College of Administrative and Human Sciences at the university, delivered by the Head of the Accounting Department at the college, Associate Professor Dr. Ashal Al-Haithami Ashal, in which he focused on the importance of universities and academic institutions establishing fruitful partnerships with commercial companies, stressing the effectiveness of the university’s partnerships with commercial companies.
This course aims to develop the leadership skills of company leaders, which contributes to enhancing strategic thinking and raising the efficiency of the business environment. The course activities and all the work of the leadership training forum will conclude tomorrow, Thursday, August 28, 2025.
