Master's degree with distinction for researcher Hana Nasser Mohammed Al Hammadi

The University of Science and Technology - Main Center, Aden, awarded the researcher/ Hana Nasser Mohammed Al-Hamadi a Master’s degree with distinction for her thesis entitled: “Measuring Customer Satisfaction with Banking Applications / Case Study: Al-Karimi Mobile Application - Aden.” The thesis was publicly discussed at the university in Aden on the morning of Saturday, November 16, 2024, by the discussion committee consisting of: Dr. Ali Balaid - Assistant Professor - University of Aden - Supervisor and Chairman. Prof. Dr. Nabil Mansour - Associate Professor - University of Science and Technology - Internal Examiner. Dr. Jalal Al-Marzouqi - Assistant Professor - University of Aden - External Examiner. At the end of the discussion, the discussion committee praised the thesis submitted by the researcher, and decided to award the researcher a master’s degree with distinction, commending the thesis, its importance, and the researcher’s efforts in completing it.
