Launch of the training workshop on preparing implementation plans according to the balanced scorecard for the academic year 2025-2026

On Saturday, August 30, 2025, the University of Science and Technology – Main Center, Aden, launched the training workshop: “Preparing executive plans according to the balanced scorecard for the academic year 2025–2026”, which is organized by the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance at the university, during the two days of Saturday and Sunday, August 30 and 31, 2025. The workshop was attended by university leaders, represented by: the university president, deans of colleges, directors of departments, and branch managers. The workshop covered key topics in how to prepare annual plans, mechanisms for setting goals, evaluation methods, and measurement indicators. The workshop also witnessed extensive discussions that contributed to enriching ideas and exchanging experiences on the workshop's topic. This workshop comes within the context of the University of Science and Technology’s interest in adopting modern practices to develop administrative and academic work, and to promote a culture of institutional planning, in order to ensure the achievement of the university’s strategic goals. #University_of_Science_and_Technology
