Clinical nutrition students conduct a field visit to the Yemeni Mills and Grain Silos Company

Third-level students from the Therapeutic Nutrition and Dietetics program at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden, conducted a field visit to the Yemeni Mills and Grain Silos Company. The nutrition students were hosted in the company's administration building, and an introductory presentation was given to the students about the company and its journey from its founding to the present time. The company staff accompanied the students on this visit, taking them on a tour of the factory and its various departments. The company staff also explained to the students the details of the flour production process step by step, as they showed them the flour-making process practically, and how the wheat grain is divided, and the company staff answered all of the students’ questions.
