The training workshop on preparing implementation plans according to the balanced scorecard for the academic year 2025-2026 concluded with an honoring ceremony for the participants.

The training workshop “Preparing Executive Plans According to the Balanced Scorecard for the Academic Year 2025-2026” concluded at the University of Science and Technology – Main Center Aden, on Sunday, August 31, 2025. The workshop was organized by the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance at the university, during the two days of Saturday and Sunday, August 30 and 31, 2025. The workshop witnessed broad participation from university leaders, led by: Acting President of the University Professor Dr. Abdul Ghani Hamid Ahmed, Assistant President of the University for Student Affairs Dr. Muammar Al-Qutaibi, Assistant President of the University for Branches and Community Development Centers Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, Director of the Taiz Branch Dr. Nael Adib Al-Qurashi, Director of the Hadhramaut Branch Dr. Alawi Al-Aidaroos, and Director of the Marib Branch Dr. Ismail Al-Hafsi. The workshop aimed to train participants on preparing the annual plan for the academic year 2025–2026, in accordance with scientific principles of strategic planning, which is represented in conducting the planning process according to the balanced scorecard. The workshop included in-depth discussions on the mechanisms for formulating strategic objectives, and ways to monitor and evaluate the implementation of plans. At the end of the workshop, participation certificates were distributed to the participants. This workshop was held as part of the University of Science and Technology – Aden’s commitment to establishing a culture of institutional planning, which leads to the development of administrative and academic performance, and the achievement of the university’s goals. #University_of_Science_and_Technology
