The Pharmacy Department at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden, organized on Sunday, June 1, 2025, the Scientific Day for the public discussion of graduation projects for the academic year 2024-2025.
The event witnessed a large and remarkable attendance, led by: Assistant President of the University for Academic Affairs Dr. Fatima Qahtan, Assistant President of the University for Branches and Community Development Centers Dr. Munir Al-Abadi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Dr. Fahmi Al-Aghbari, Head of the Pharmacy Department Dr. Abdullah Al-Nissi, along with faculty members of the department, in addition to a large gathering of specialists and researchers.
The scientific day's activities began with a welcoming opening speech to the attendees by the Head of the Pharmacy Department, Dr. Abdullah Al-Nissi, and with verses from the Holy Quran recited by the student Ibrahim Adel.
This was followed by a speech from the Assistant President of the University for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fatima Qahtan, in which she noted the importance of this event in developing the capabilities of pharmacy students in scientific and applied research fields, which contributes to preparing them for the labor market.
During the scientific day activities, various companies and entities from organizations, hospitals, and pharmaceutical factories were honored, which played a role in the success of the educational and research process in the Pharmacy Department through their active partnership with the department.

Internal Examiner: Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Ali Khalifa.
