Review of the academic performance report for the academic year 2024–2025

The Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance at the University of Science and Technology – Main Center Aden organized an event to review the academic performance report for the academic year 2024–2025 and announce the results of the evaluations, on Thursday, August 21, 2025, in the presence of the Acting President of the University, Professor Dr. Abdul Ghani Hamid Ahmed, the Assistants to the President of the University, the Advisor to the President of the University, the Secretary-General, the Deans of the Colleges, the Directors of the Branches, the Heads of the Scientific Departments, the Heads of the Quality Units, the Heads of the Academic Programs, and the team of the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance. In his opening remarks at the event, Acting President of the University, Dr. Abdul Ghani Hamid, emphasized the importance of the report as a strategic pillar for ensuring the achievement of quality and excellence standards at the university, explaining that this process contributes to accurately analyzing the academic reality, improving learning outcomes, and enhancing the effectiveness of teaching and scientific research, which supports institutional decisions based on objective data that enhance the academic standing of the university. During the event, the Dean of Development and Quality Assurance, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Rumaima, reviewed the summary of the academic performance report and the evaluation results for the year 2024–2025, which included the main center and the university branches, while the Measurement and Evaluation Officer, Ms. Nawara Hussein, announced the top positions at the level of departments, colleges and branches, as well as the top positions for faculty members. The floor was also opened for discussion and input to enrich the topic and benefit from experiences and expertise during the year 2024–2025. The discussion of the university's academic performance report comes within the annual evaluation process, where the results of the performance evaluation are reviewed, along with the challenges that the university faced, as well as the proposed recommendations, in preparation for preparing improvement plans aimed at raising the level of quality and transparency in the educational process and ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement. #University_of_Science_and_Technology
