Master's degree with honors for researcher Nasr Naji Abbas Naji

The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at the University of Science and Technology - Main Center Aden awarded a Master's degree with distinction in Business Administration to researcher Nasr Naji Abbas Naji for his thesis entitled: “The Impact of Service Quality Dimensions on Achieving Customer Satisfaction (A Field Study on Customers in Yemen Airways)”. The thesis defense committee consisted of: Associate Professor Dr. Abdullah Saleh Al-Hajj – Chairman and Scientific Supervisor Assistant Professor Dr. Iskandar Hassan Abdel Sattar – Member and Internal Examiner Associate Professor Dr. Issa Salem Al-Ahmadi – Member and External Examiner At the conclusion of the discussion, the discussion committee praised the thesis submitted by the researcher and its importance, commended the researcher’s efforts in preparing it, and decided to award him a master’s degree with distinction. The public discussion of the thesis took place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in the seminar hall of the University of Science and Technology building in Aden, in the presence of a number of academics and researchers, along with the researcher’s colleagues and family members. #University_of_Science_and_Technology
