The journals issued by the University of Science and Technology achieved the highest ranking among journals issued by various Yemeni governmental and private universities within the Arab Citation and Impact Factor - Arcif (which is a huge Arab database of citations for peer-reviewed scientific journals issued in the Arab world). Four scientific journals issued by the university achieved advanced levels, and the Arab Journal for Quality Assurance of University Education issued by the university in cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities topped the list of scientific journals issued from Yemen. The university pays great attention to scientific research and publishing, and contributes to supporting local and foreign researchers to publish in its journals.
